Privacy Policy
Draft updated: August 16, 2026
Centurate LLC respects your privacy. This policy explains what information may be handled when you use centurate.com and how you can contact us about it.
Information you choose to provide
When you submit the contact form, Centurate receives the information you provide, such as your name, email address, inquiry type, organization details included in your message, and the message itself. The form is processed through WordPress and Fluent Forms and may be stored in the website database and sent to Centurate by email.
Information handled automatically
Our hosting, content delivery, security, anti-spam, form, and email providers may process technical records such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp, delivery status, and security events. These records help deliver the site, prevent abuse, and respond to inquiries.
How we use information
- Respond to questions, support requests, and service inquiries.
- Operate, secure, and improve the website.
- Maintain appropriate business records and comply with law.
- Protect Centurate, our clients, and the public from misuse.
Form and email providers
Contact submissions are processed by Fluent Forms. Outgoing form notifications are delivered through the configured SMTP or email service. If Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled, Cloudflare processes technical information to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. The final provider list and retention settings must be confirmed before launch.
Sharing
Centurate does not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that support hosting, security, forms, communications, and legal obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect rights, safety, and system integrity.
Retention
We retain inquiry information only as long as needed to respond, maintain appropriate business records, meet contractual obligations, resolve disputes, protect systems, and comply with law. The final contact-entry and email-log retention periods must be configured and documented before launch.
Your Privacy Choices
Centurate does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If those practices change, Centurate will update this notice and provide any controls required by applicable law.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain personal information. You may also object to some processing or submit an opt-out request. Email [email protected] to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it.
Data security
We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is intended for business and government audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site.
